A: We've exported products to more than 50 counties all over the world.

Q: Which currencies are acceptable to you?

A: Usually  USD, RMB.

Q: What is your production capacity?

A: PVC Coil Mat: more than 40,000 m2/month

Foam PVC Anti-slip Mat: 1000,000 m2/month

Q: What about your lead time?

A: Around 20 to 40 days. It depends on current production schedule.

Q: How will you proceed a complete order?

A: Firstly, after receiving inquiries from buyers, we will send them our quotation.

Secondly, customers confirm the order after business negotiations.

Thirdly, we will send a PI to the customers and a countersigned PI is required as an official confirmation.

Then, customers shall finish the advanced payment and production will start as soon as the advanced payment arrives.

During the production, we will update the production status to the customers. And after production is finished we'll offer pics or shipping samples for customers' reference if they need.

Finally, after shipment, customers should arrange the balance upon the receipt of B/L copy, and then we'll send original documents to customers for their custom clearance.

During shipping, we will still have an eye on the goods, and keep in touch with customers.

Q: Will you charge the samples and express fees? And how?

A: Usually, our cutting samples are free.

As to the express fee, we will bear the interior delivery charge while customers need to pay the international couriers' charges.
